Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging.

After reviewing your claim, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A replacement.
  • A full refund.
  • A partial refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Opened or used personal care products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or an incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs when applicable.

If the return is requested for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, your order may already be processing or shipped, and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
